Shipping Costs

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. For purchases under $200, a flat shipping fee of $9.95 applies.

Order Processing

All orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after your order confirmation is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Dispatch times may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, such as high order volumes, postal network disruptions, or public health–related delays. In these situations, orders are still handled as promptly as possible.

Domestic Delivery (Australia)

We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 to Australian capital city addresses.

Free delivery applies to orders over $200 delivered to Australian capital city locations.

For regional or non-capital city addresses, shipping costs will be shown at checkout or can be requested prior to placing your order. Express delivery may also be arranged upon request.

Delivery Timeframes

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days from the date of purchase, please contact our support team with your name and order number so we can follow it up for you.

P.O. Box Deliveries

Some delivery partners are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. If this occurs, we’ll be in touch to request an alternative street address.
